Service Delivery
ReadyLimit will initiate the fulfillment of consulting services as agreed upon in the service contract or scope of work. The delivery of services will be carried out through the appropriate channels, such as in-person meetings, video calls, or written reports, depending on the nature of the services purchased.
Timelines
The timeline for service delivery will be outlined in the service agreement or project proposal provided to the client before the commencement of services. ReadyLimit is committed to meeting these timelines and will keep the client informed of any potential delays. If the agreed-upon timelines are not met due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate promptly and work with the client to resolve the issue.
Changes and Modifications
If the client wishes to make changes or modifications to the agreed-upon services after payment, ReadyLimit will assess the request and provide a revised proposal if necessary. Additional charges may apply for significant changes that require additional time or resources.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the services provided. If a client wishes to cancel the services after payment, they must notify ReadyLimit as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the amount of work completed and any costs incurred by ReadyLimit. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
